In 1976, Flare Construction, LLC was established when a small crew known as Rees’ Roustabouts began providing construction solutions to the oil and gas market in southwest Wyoming. As a local company in a small, rural town, we experienced steady growth, built a solid reputation in the industry, and consistently contributed to our local economy by generating career opportunities for local employees.
Today, we have expanded into a full-service contractor, providing installation and maintenance of industrial oil and gas infrastructure, heavy civil construction, and right-of-way work to customers in the western United States and beyond. As we commit to our mission to provide exceptional client solutions, the values that got us here continue to guide our broadscale growth and progress. Our local presence in the industry is strengthened as we attract qualified, experienced, diverse, and dedicated employees from across the nation.
